Title: How To Share Views

Task: You want to share a specific view with one or more coworkers that need to see the same data

Prerequisites: The sharing recipient must have at or above your level of permissions (i.e. they should be able to see the same tabs you do). Also, you must have a view already created in order to share it.

Instructions:

• Navigate to your desired view for sharing

  • In this example - Build to order - example under Manage Production

    • Open

      

       

• Copy the URL

  • Open

    

     

• Send the URL to your recipient

• Have them create a new view - Build to order - example and click Add view

  • Open

    

     

• When on that specific tab, have them paste the URL into the navigation bar.

  • This will apply the filters and columns for your view to their new view

  • Open

    

• Click Save changes

  • Open

    

     

• And you’re done!

Outcome: You have now successfully shared a view with another user.
