How To Create A Custom View

The Shed App helps each team member focus on what matters most by allowing personalized views of key information. By creating custom views, users can easily prioritize Quotes, Orders, Buildings, Deliveries, or Invoices that require their attention—right when they log in.


Instructions: Creating a Custom View

  1. Navigate to the desired tab
    (e.g., Manage Quotes, Manage Orders, etc.)

  2. Click Add View

  3. Enter a name for your view and click Add View again

  4. Click Actions

  5. Customize your columns

    • Add, remove, or re-order columns as needed

    • Click Apply when finished

  6. Click Filters + and choose the fields you want to filter by

  7. Set your filter values for each selected field

  8. Click Save Changes to finish
