Driver Image Not Including Location Data?

Some users have reported that location data is not being included when uploading images to The Shed App from an iPhone when completing a delivery after scanning the QR code on the Delivery Order.

Steps

Here is how you can set up your iPhone to save photos in JPG format.

1. On your iPhone

2. Navigate to Settings > Camera > Formats > Camera Capture

3. Choose “Most Compatible” to save photos in JPG

Also, you will need to ensure that the Camera is able to use your location. To make sure this is set up correctly follow these steps.

1. On your iPhone

2. Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Camera

3. Select “While Using the App”

4. Toggle on “Precise Location”
