How to Return a Building

This article provides a guide on how to mark a building as 'Returned/Used' and make it available for resale.

1. Click on your Buildings List by clicking System > Lists >Buildings

2. Search For your Building using the Serial Number

3. Hover on three dots on the right side of the order

4. Click on Return Building

   Open

   

    

5. Fill in the Required information

   Open

   

    

6. Click on Return Building

If the “Return Building” button is unavailable for your building, this is most likely caused by the original order associated with the building not being at a status of “Fulfilled.”

Below are steps to make so your building can show as used and available to be sold

1. Click on your Buildings List by clicking System > Lists >Buildings

2. Search For your Building using the Serial Number

3. Hover on three dots on the right side of the order

4. Click on the Update button

   Open

   

    

5. Check the “Building is Used” Box

6. Fill in “Date Building Returned” Box and “Owner”

   Open

   

    

7. Update
