Why We Worked on This

Help your team focus on what matters most with our new Manage Views functionality - at long last! We have had this on the queue for development for 6 years now, and after a great idea by one of our valued clients - thought we would attempt to sneak it in. It ended up being much more complicated than expected, but we think the results turned out pretty well. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to extend this with even more improvements to the data tables!

Feature: Invoices: Receive Payment (TSA-4677)

Why We Worked on This

Now users can receive payments for multiple invoices at the same time on the Invoices page.

Feature: Contacts: Save on Lead Generation (TSA-14418)

Why We Worked on This

Contact data is now saved in TSA when the lead generation form is submitted, extending TSA’s CRM functionality.

Feature: Turn Operations On/Off per Plant (TSA-15258)

Why We Worked on This

Companies can now turn Operation tracking on and off per plant, providing more nuanced control over the shop floor production reporting.

Feature: Design Menu Categories for Option Categories(TSA-15303)

Why We Worked on This

This continues to implement the changes required for the Bill of Material as well as laying the groundwork for upcoming changes to the 3D Designer UI.

Feature: Add Assisted Initial Order Save Event (TSA-15325)

Why We Worked on This

This allows the initial order save event to be tracked and reported for improved pipeline optimization.

Update: Manage Inventory: Add Transitional Serial Number to Columns and Filters (TSA-14810)

Why We Worked on This

Added these dimensions to help companies manage orders for buildings with transitional serial numbers.

Update: Waiting on Customer: Clear Flag When Order is Fulfilled/Cancelled (TSA-14886)

Why We Worked on This

This reduces the steps necessary while fulfilling and/or cancelling orders that have been flagged as Waiting on Customer.

Update: Resolve Cancellation Request for Fulfilled Order: Building Ownership and Location Notification (TSA-14954)

Why We Worked on This

In some cases, cancelling a fulfilled order requires that Building Ownership and/or the Building Location be updated after the order is cancelled. This notification alerts the user of the potential changes.

Update: Inventory Storefront: Change Navigation to URL (TSA-15118)

Why We Worked on This

This update provides better control over the Inventory Storefront navigation experience, allowing for additional updates in the future.

Update: Inventory Storefront: Improvements to Display Filters (TSA-15119)

Why We Worked on This

This update improves the Display Filter function on the Inventory Storefront.

Update: Employee User Role: Update Navigation Menu (TSA-15170)

Why We Worked on This

Reduces the navigation options for users with the Employee role.

Update: Additional Customizations for the Inventory Form (TSA-15228)

Why We Worked on This

Long overdue update for the Inventory Forms - provides more customization and a more user friendly interface for modifying the contents.

Update: Contact Billing Address Zip code / State Discrepancy - Exception Message (TSA-15234)

Why We Worked on This

In select cases, tax rate lookup failed. This task better informs the user about corrective action.

Update: Delete Operations when Product is Cancelled (TSA-15265)

Why We Worked on This

Now when a building is cancelled, all of the associated Operations are also deleted.

Update: UX Improvements - System → Settings (TSA-15284)

Why We Worked on This

As more functionality is added to the System Settings, this improved UI makes for a better user experience.

Update: Order Form Improvements - Require Saved Assets on Order Submit (TSA-15297)

Why We Worked on This

In some cases, users could move through the order form faster than the order’s 3D image assets could be saved. This fix prevents this from happening and allows users to initiate asset save regardless of order status.

Update: Extend Contacts: Saved Design and Assisted Save Tracking (TSA-15316)

Why We Worked on This

With this update, Saved Design and Assisted Save are recorded with the contact information. This helps users better understand the contact quality and extends the TSA CRM functionality.

Update: Update Order Submit Event: Only Fire to dataLayer on Initial Submit (TSA-15324)

Why We Worked on This

This needed to be updated to avoid duplicate event reporting on change orders.

Update: Order Form Settings → Hide GTM and Other (Managed Marketing) (TSA-15326)

Why We Worked on This

Update: Store Surcharge: Allow Negative Values (TSA-15331)

Why We Worked on This

With this update, negative values can be used for Store Surcharges, effectively allowing a discount for select stores.

Update: Order Form Settings → Remove non-relevant notifications (TSA-15334)

Why We Worked on This

We removed the in-app notifications for the removed order form settings.

Update: Change Contact Reference Company to Contact Related Company (TSA-15335)

Why We Worked on This

This update is another step in allowing companies to create orders for each other.

Update: Extend Process Order: Set Ready to Deliver By Date for Orders with In Stock Product Build (TSA-15340)

Why We Worked on This

Assumes the likely date for In Stock orders, meaning one less decision required by post-sale operations.

Update: Building Operations - Reference per Sort Order (TSA-15356)

Why We Worked on This

Makes the operations for a building a bit easier to follow.

Why We Worked on This

Adds the Total function to additional columns.

Update: Revise Hover for Total Trigger (TSA-15359)

Why We Worked on This

A tweak to the hover trigger on the new View functionality.

Update: Context Tags for Building Notes and Attachments (TSA-15367)

Why We Worked on This

Making the context tags available under the View Building UI provides a more efficient management process.

Why We Worked on This

This messaging did not apply for all use cases.

Bugs

Bug: Update Delivery Scheduled Date and Time (Async) (TSA-15315)

Why We Worked on This

In select cases, the scheduled date and time for deliveries was not updating as expected. This fix resolves this issue.

Bug: RTO e-signature: Causes Building Sold Status to Change (TSA-15328)

Why We Worked on This

In select cases, when an RTO company signed an order, the building sold status would change. This fix resolves this issue.

Bug: Non-inventory Orders: Unit Price Bug (TSA-15332)

Why We Worked on This

In select cases, the unit price for the custom unit would not permit a 0 placeholder after the decimal.

Bug: Can’t Submit Order (TSA-15350)

Why We Worked on This

In select cases, an order that had been processed and revised could not be submitted. This fix resolves this issue.
