How to Get Started with TSA Payments
Contact support and ask to be placed on the waiting list for TSA Payments.
We will send you an onboarding application to fill out.
Upon completion, we will schedule a short call to confirm a few details.
About One week after the onboarding application has been approved we can make TSA Payments available to your accountNavigate to System > Settings > Payment > TSA Payments
Click “Submit TSA Payments Application
Follow the prompts to compete and submit the application.
Note that your will still be able to accept payments via Stripe as your application is being approved
After your application is approved you can change payment processors.
How to Accept ACH Payments
ACH payments can be made by your customers and/or collected by sales people in the order form. The customer only needs the routing number and account number for their bank.

Create a new order in the order form and proceed to the ‘Summary’ of the order form.
Click ‘Continue’ and proceed to payment.
Click on the ACH payment method
Enter your routing number
Enter your accounting number twice to confirm
Select ‘Personal’ or ‘Business’ to indicate the type of account.
Click ‘Receive Payment’

The fees are displayed in the “Service Agreement” for your account. You can find the Service Agreement by navigating to System > Settings > Account > Service Agreement.
If you don’t see the fees displayed in your service agreement, reach out to support to get the service agreement updated.

You can control whether the convenience fee will get charged to the customer or they will be charged to your company in the settings. You can find this setting by navigating to System> Settings > Payment > Convenience Fee Settings. Here you can set the percentage you would like to charge the customer per Credit Card or ACH payment
