order_store_id=38#/ is a URL parameter specifying which store will be used to sell the inventory building. This parameter is required and will ensure RTO numbers and the correct store surcharges are used to display pricing.

Navigate to Manage Inventory
Each building listed has a Notes and Attachments icon. Click this icon to open the Notes and Attachments for the building.
For each attachment, there is a drop-down menu where tags can be applied to the attachment. Add the “Marketing” tag to any images you want to be visible from the inventory storefront.
You can also add your own photos here and tag them for Marketing.
When “Marketing” tags are applied, customers can view the attachment on the Inventory Storefront. If no “Featured” tag is applied to any of the attachments for the building, then the most recently tagged “Marketing” attachment will be used as the thumbnail on the Inventory Storefront.

This will display sale pending buildings
&days_since_last_sale=30
This will display buildings that are still on the lot that have been sold up to 30 days ago
