This article covers the steps on how to schedule a delivery for an open order where the delivery was not created when the order was processed.

Steps

  1. Find and copy the Order ID for the Order you are creating a delivery for

  2. Navigate to the Manage Deliveries

  4. Select “For Open Order”

  5. Paste Order ID into Open Order box

  6. Assign a Driver to the Delivery

A delivery is now added for your Order and is ready to be scheduled
