Summary

In this article we will show how to setup an integration with Hubspot where all emails that are sent to customers from The Shed App will bcc your Hubspot account. This will log the activity in you Hubspot account for your sales team to view.

Step 1: Get The BCC Email From Hubspot

  1. Log into your HubSpot account

  2. Navigate to Settings > Objects > Activities > Email Log & Track

  3. Copy the bcc email address

Step 2: Paste The BCC Email in The Shed App

  1. Log into your TSA account

  2. Navigate to System > Settings > Company Information > Company Email Integration

  3. Paste the email address into the CRM BCC Email field and click Apply Settings

Step 3: Test That it Works as Expected

  1. Open the order form in an incognito window

  2. Create a test order, be sure to use a valid email address when saving the order

  3. After the test order is saved navigate to the Contacts page in Hubspot

  4. You should see the email activity under the Contact page of the customer
