1. Navigate to System > Lists > Stores

2. Click View on a store you would like to apply a surcharge

3. Edit the “Operations” box

4. Set the Store Surcharge Basis to Percent or Fixed

5. Set the Store Surcharge Rate or Store Surcharge Amount depending on the basis that you have selected

   

How does this Work?

• The Store Surcharge is only applied in the Order Form and will take effect as soon as you set it in the store

• When you select this store and submit a Sale Order (Build to order) the shell price of the building will be increased by the rate/amount that you have specified (There will be no line item indicating the surcharge)

• When you select this store and submit an Inventory Request the shell price of the building will be increased by the rate/amount that you have specified (There will be no line item indicating the surcharge)

• When you select this store and sell an Inventory Building the shell price of the building will be increased by the rate/amount that you have specified (There will be no line item indicating the surcharge)
