Each store has a group of settings that can be found by navigating to System > Lists > Stores > Edit

Store - Rent-to-own Settings

Contract Providers

• Check each contract provider that you would like to make available for this store

• If you have multiple contract providers, you can also order them by dragging the prefered contract provider to the top of the list

Available for guest users

• Allows guest users to select a contract when placing an order

  • A guest user does not have a login (typically a customer coming into your order form from your website)

Store - Operations

Service area Zip Codes

• Toggle this on if you would like to prompt guest users for their zip code when coming into the order form

• This allows you to add a list of zip codes that this store will serve

Adding zip codes

Add one zip code at a time

• Enter the zip code that you would like to add and click Add, this will add the zip code to the list

Import Zip Codes

This assumes that you have a spreadsheet of zip codes that you would like to add to this store. This spreadsheet needs to be formatted correctly. Here is an example

1. Click Import Zip Codes

2. Select the correct spreadsheet from your file browser

Assuming the format is correct, this will import all zip codes from the spreadsheet

Store Surcharge Basis

• This allows you to increase the shell price of building sold from this store by either a percentage or a fixed amount

Minimum Deposit Basis for Purchase Outright

• These settings will override the purchase outright deposit basis for this store.

Default Managing Plant

• This allows you to select the default plant that will fulfill orders made through this store
