Content Comparison

1. Navigate to System > Lists > Buildings

2. Click on Actions>Bulk Edit in the upper right hand corner, this will bring up this screen

   

3. Select the appropriate Production Filter

   1. Ready to Deliver will only include buildings that are not sold and are also at a store location

   2. Ready to Deliver and In Production will also include any inventory requests that are also still in production

4. Click download .xls

   1. This will download a spreadsheet unto you computer

5. Duplicate the downloaded spreadsheet

   1. This is not required, but is recommended that you save the original somewhere you can get later if needed

6. Make the appropriate edits to the duplicated spreadsheet

   1. It is also recommended that you save the edited spreadsheet with a different name e.g, “new prices 02-2022”

7. Navigate back to the Export and Import screen and click to upload

   1. This will open a file browser where you can select the edited spreadsheet

8. Click Verify and Apply

   1. This allows you to double check everything is correct

      

9. Click Apply

   1. The new prices will be applied
