Task: To create an Inventory Request and update the status to fulfilled

Prerequisites (if applicable): You have an Inventory Request already created and submitted

Steps to Create an Inventory Request Order

  1. Navigate to Create New Order

  2. Select Inventory Request in Step 1

  3. Create Order and Submit

Steps to Process and Create a Delivery for an Inventory Request

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard and open the Manage menu for the order

  2. Click Process Order

  3. Toggle on Create a Delivery This is optional

  4. Select A Driver

Notes:

Processing the Order confirms that the inventory is being sent in and the building can start to be built.

You can find the order Delivery by clicking on Manage Deliveries and searching the SN

How to Fulfill an Inventory Request

  1. Click Manage Inventory

    1. verify the building is listed on the correct lot/store and is Available

  2. Click Manage Orders

  3. Open the Manage menu for the inventory request order that we have just completed

  4. Click Fulfill Order

Fulfilling an order confirms that the building is ready to deliver and available to storefront

Outcome: Your Inventory Request Order is now associated with a customer and shows fulfilled
