Assuming that the building that needs to be moved was never created or sold within TSA, these are the steps that will need to be taken.
Navigate to “Manage Deliveries” and click “Add Delivery”
Select “Custom Building Move” as the delivery category
Select No for “Building is in database”
Click on the “+” icon for Start Location
Enter in all of the details for adding the location
Name: This could be the customers name
Category: select “Contact”
Fill in all of the address info
Click Add
Repeat step 5 for End Location
Enter the Building width and Length
Select a Management Plant for Delivery
Select a Driver
Click Add

Assuming that you have sold the building within TSA in the past and now your would like to create an Custom Building Move by referencing the serial number of the building.

Navigate to Manage Deliveries > Schedule
Click on the “Filter” icon
Remove the “Building Production Status” filter
Now “Custom Building Move” deliveries should be visible to drag unto the calendar
